Glasgow-born Martin has served for more than 30 years as a Church of Scotland parish minister, primarily concerned with congregational transformation leading to mission. He now serves in a national role working with those sensing God’s call to ministry. 

Shirley is the ministry development lead at Findlay Church. Shirley is married to David and has adult children and loves their friendship and fun times together! Shirley is multi-vocational and she also plays her part on various external charity boards and national councils; Evangelical Alliance, Scripture Union, Prison Fellowship Scotland and Westminster Theological College. Shirley is passionate about the power of hospitality in outworking her faith and enjoys spending time with people, sharing life and shaping stories together.

Deirdre Brower Latz is an ordained elder, passionate about compassion, justice, and mercy. She is committed to asking good questions, that help the church engage and come alongside people, as an expression of God's love for the world. Principal of Nazarene Theological College in Manchester, she has just completed a research project, exploring what it means to be a church on the margins. 

Part architect, part mystic, and part business owner (of the Blend coffee chain) – meet Sundeep Salins. He is passionate about community and doing life together and is critical of a church that goes for ‘bigger’ rather than ‘deeper’. We talk about the positive lessons of Covid, which ones we are already losing, and the desire for relationship that is at the heart of us all.

Fred is in conversation with Ruth. She is an entrepreneur, businesswoman and Scottish director of Christian Solidarity Worldwide. We chat human rights, artist promotion and post-Covid life.
